In 2018 216musCLE Training & Fitness started hosting outdoor boot camps & personal training with a handful of clients. The focus was to show that fitness can be fun and to introduce a balanced approach to living a healthy lifestyle. Two years later in the midst of a pandemic 216musCLE Training & Fitness Studio opened its doors August 22, 2020.
